Refund Policy

Luv College offers paid recurring subscriptions, currently Luv+ at $4.99 per month and Luv Pro at $9.99 per month. Payments are processed through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for applicable transactions. Luv College is operated by Abdulaziz Alghamdi, an individual/sole proprietor.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the applicable subscription terms. You may still have consumer or other legal rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at hey@luv.college. Luv does not store customers' full payment-card numbers and does not directly process card payments.
