Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Luv College, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Luv College is designed for students, including high-school and university students. You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and use Luv in accordance with applicable law. We do not currently enforce an 18+ age restriction, so please use Luv responsibly and only provide information appropriate for your age and local laws.

When you create a Luv account, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• Activity performed through your account
• Not sharing, selling, or misusing your account

Luv College is a student platform that provides features such as student profiles, Campus, courses and academic organization, study materials, a Planner with study tools, Cupid AI, themes and profile customization, streaks and achievements, and paid subscription features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Cupid provides AI-generated educational assistance. Cupid can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information. Cupid is not a replacement for teachers, professors, academic advisors, official university information, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying important information. We do not guarantee Cupid's accuracy, availability, or results.

You may submit content including study materials, notes, messages, profile information, and other content. You retain ownership of your own content. By submitting content to Luv, you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, display, and provide that content as part of operating the service. Luv does not claim ownership of your study materials.

You may not use Luv to:

• Engage in illegal activity
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Access another user's account or data without permission
• Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
• Exploit, attack, or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious software or harmful files
• Violate another person's rights
• Commit fraudulent payment or subscription activity
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the service
• Abuse automated systems or Cupid

Luv College's software, branding, interface, visual assets, logos, Cupid branding, and original content belong to Luv or its applicable licensors. Using Luv does not give you ownership of Luv's intellectual property. Luv does not claim ownership of your content.

Luv currently offers a Free plan, Luv+ at $4.99 per month, and Luv Pro at $9.99 per month. Paid plans provide additional features and limits as described on the Luv pricing page. We do not currently offer annual plans, trials, discounts, or other pricing options. Prices may change in the future with appropriate notice.

Luv uses Paddle as its Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions. Paddle handles payment processing and acts as the Merchant of Record for applicable transactions. Luv may receive subscription-related information such as subscription ID, customer ID, product/price information, tier, status, billing period, and cancellation status. Luv does not store your full payment-card number.

Luv+ and Luv Pro are recurring subscriptions billed according to the selected billing period. You may cancel through the available subscription and payment management functionality. After cancellation, paid access remains available according to the applicable subscription status and billing period. When the paid subscription ends, the account returns to the applicable free tier.

Luv does not currently maintain a separate Refund Policy page. Purchases and any applicable refund requests are handled through Paddle's applicable purchasing and refund processes and terms, subject to any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Luv may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for serious or repeated violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, attempts to compromise the service, illegal activity, or security concerns. You may stop using Luv at any time. There is currently no self-service account deletion feature.

Luv is provided on an "as available" basis. Service interruptions, maintenance, bugs, outages, or feature changes may occur. We do not promise 100% uptime.

Luv does not guarantee:

• Grades or academic performance
• University admissions
• Scholarships
• Any specific academic outcomes
• The accuracy of AI-generated information

Luv is an educational support tool, not a guarantee of results.

Your privacy matters. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Luv may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features. These Terms may also be updated from time to time. Continued use of Luv after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Luv's liability is limited in line with what is reasonable for an online software service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. We do not designate a specific jurisdiction, court, or country beyond what is required by applicable law.
